All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

All prices listed on the site are "per ticket" and the cost of Fed-Ex shipping will be added to the order total.

Prices on our website may be higher than the "face value" (price printed on the ticket) of the ticket. This is due to availability, supply and demand, and the cost of obtaining tickets. These costs change from ticket to ticket.

Delivery: We require a signature on all deliveries. your address will be verified with the credit card company, so the exact address where the statement is billed is needed. The purchaser accepts 100% liability of the tickets once the package is scanned by Fed-Ex. Furthermore, A-1 Tickets is not responsible for tickets dropped off by Fed-Ex at addresses with a release signature on file.

Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the new date (there are no refunds or cancellations).
